"In July 2007, we made a decision to move our company headquarters and operations to a new location. 

Fortunately, we sold our warehouse buildings to someone almost immediately, unfortunately, they needed

to take occupancy by mid-October.  This event put our company in a very time sensitive situation.  We

located and contacted to buy a facility which had been left empty for many years.  Thus, we were faced

with a daunting task of totally retrofitting, repairing and moving into this ne facility in less than an 80 day

period.

One of the first items that needed to be done was totally rebuilding and expansion of the parking lots, truck

We had given Sciarretti an early completion bonus in their contract which seemed nearly impossible to achieve.

Not only did Sciarretti do an excellent job, they handled our charge orders with professionalism, and complete

the job before the early completion target date.  Because of their efforts, we were able to complete our

move exactly as planned.  Sciarretti has since followed up with striping, sealing and other issues which we have requested.
