Bottom Dollar Food, Penn Hills, PA

Project Overview:   Bottom Dollar Food wanted to open a new store in Penn Hills but parking was in need of repair.  Time was of the essence.  Green Construction turned to Sciarretti Site Development & Paving Company to complete the necessary work.  We maintained sensitive schedules and were able to complete all work through traffic control. This allowed existing stores to remain open. Work was completed on time and property owners were able to successfully sign the lease.
 
Work Completed:  We provided an economical solution that met their budget and timelines and handled everything from design to line stripping. Working hand in hand with the general contractor we were able to engineer a project that changed sruface drainage patterns, removed and replaced old ashpalt, and line striped the parking lot to make it ADA compliant.  Sciarretti Site Development & Paving Company was there complete the project under critical time restrictions. 
 
Sciarretti Site Development & Paving Company completed the following:
 
 Storm System
    • Installed 2 catch basin
    • Installed 100 ft. of pipe
Asphalt
    • Remove dumpster pad and add base material to area
    • Mill 8,400 sq. yd. of parking lot
    • Mill invert between catch basins and store fronts
    • Apply bonding emulsion
    • Installed sub-base, binder, and wearing coarse of ashpalt
    • Lot prep for overlay
    • Line stripping and graphics
